He has a great reputation for exceptional customer care with a goal to truly empower people with their inner strength by enhancing their inner and outer beauty. Richard has made his mark in the industry for over 25 years and is able to instruct people in the art and science of permanent makeup to individuals wanting to make their own mark in life.
