Originally from Montreal, Richard has worked in the hairdressing field since 1983. He brings to the team immense knowledge and experience as well as a cheerful & friendly personality. He will oversee tests and exams as well as offer training to the students himself.

Karen Tchamourian
Instructor, Administrator
Karen has worked in the business field for a number of years. She teaches with enthusiasm and fun. She has taught many subjects over the years with high passing grades. Karen's goal is to ensure that students are well versed in all aspects of the hairdressing field and that they are effective and efficient employees.

Jennifer Gafka
Instructor
Originally from Montreal as well, Jennifer has been with Rich 1 Beauty since 2005. She prides herself in her coloring techniques and shares her experiences and skills with the students so that they can in turn impress their customers.
